Optional Play Days

Juniors ages 13-17 participating in the junior golf program will also be allowed the option to participate in junior play days. Tee times will be reserved beginning at 7:30 am, and the cost will be $10/junior. Optional play days do not include instruction or supervision.

Women's Clinics

$20/participant

One hour clinics will be offered throughout the summer. Topics to be covered include: full swing, putting, chipping, pitching and bunker play. Please call the golf shop for specific dates.

About the Instructor

Melanie has been actively involved in the golf business for the past 13 years. She graduated from Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina with a B.S. in Business Administration, a B.S. in Marketing and a concentration in Professional Golf Management. While at Methodist University, Melanie was a 2-time All-American, a 2-time NCAA Division III National Championship Individual Runner-Up, and a 3-time NCAA Division III National Champion Team Member. After a short stint on the Futures Tour in 2002, Melanie began working at Railside Golf Club in Byron Center, Michigan as an assistant golf professional. She has been involved with the Mines Golf Course since 2005. Melanie has also been a Titleist Staff Member since 2006.
