Clinics

All clinics are from 6:30-7:30pm
Cost: $20/participant/clinic

Women's Practice and Play

One hour of group instruction each week, followed by four holes of play on the golf course. Instruction topics include: full swing, chipping, putting, sand and pitching.

High School Girls Golf Camp

Specially designed for the high school girl golfer. The camp will cover all facets of the game of golf.

About the Instructor

Melanie has been actively involved in the golf business for the past 16 years. She graduated from Methodist University in Fayetteville, North Carolina with a B.S. in Business Administration, a B.S. in Marketing and a concentration in Professional Golf Management. While at Methodist University, Melanie was a 2-time All-American, a 2-time NCAA Division III National Championship Individual Runner-Up, and a 3-time NCAA Division III National Champion Team Member. After a short stint on the Futures Tour in 2002, Melanie began working at Railside Golf Club in Byron Center, Michigan as an assistant golf professional. She has been involved with the Mines Golf Course since 2005.
